Purchasing tickets at Epcot

My brother, being a FL resident, would like to purchase an AP when visiting us. Is it possible to do this at the International Gateway heading into Epcot? Just curious, thanks!

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem since there are a handful of ticket booths right next to the gates.
