2012 CS dining plan

Hi I wanted to check as we are looking at booking a January 2012 trip - It looks like there are some changes to the CS plan and that in 2012 it will only include one snack per person per day? If I am booking in 2011 does it go by what the dining plan is now or does it go by arrival date?

are there any other changes I am missing?

It goes by the date you arrive. You will only get one snack.
