My eighteen year old is a lifeguard and certified first responder. She was at school this am and the lady in front of her passed out and was not breathing. Julie to the rescue! She carries her CPR mouth guard in her purse and was able to perform rescue breaths until the paramedics arrived.

Shes a great kid!

You certainly have a right to be proud! I'm so glad your daughter was in the right place, at the right time!

That's fantastic! We need more people like her in the world who will just jump in and help when it's needed!

That is amazing! Giving Thanks and Praise that she was there! Had she not been there, that woman may have died!

It's not easy to keep your head in an emergency. You should be very proud that she was able to do just that and remember her training. Good job!!

Kudos to you for raising a young lady who isn't afraid to get involved. Way to go, Mom - and a big huge "nice job" to DD. I'm sure the family members of the patient will be forever grateful! :mickey:
