Mixology Seminar

Does anyone know how long the mixology seminars during the Food & Wine Festival are supposed to last? :marg: All the other seminars seem to be 30-45 min, so I have a hard time thinking it would be longer than that.

I've made a reservation at Teppan Edo for 7:10pm, do you think I'll be out in time for us to make it over there?

The daily Mixology Seminars are the last scheduled seminar of the day, so they won't feel the need to rush. They are probably 45-60 minutes long. If you decide to attend on the day of your Teppan Edo reservation, you can sit in the back and leave the seminar early without disrupting the presentation.
