MNSSHP Tickets

I have a friend that last year due to a problem with their reservation, Disney gave them 10 free party tickets. Right now it looks like they won't be able to go. She was told that the tickets are in her name and that she could pick them up at any ticket window. We presume she would have to show ID to claim these...yes/no. If this is the case can she call Disney and place the tickets under other names so that these tickets do not go to waste? She was wanting to give her in-laws 6 of them and someone else 2.

call customer service and ask if someone else can pick them up.tell them the situation and im sure they can help.i dont really see a problem since they are giving them to her. good luck :mickey:
