Just for the fun of it

I am thinking about planning a solo trip to WDW in October or November for 2 days, 1 night. It does have to be mid-week due to family schedules.

Where should I stay for that one night if I am flying solo and what should I do those two days? (I am an AP holder.)

My current thoughts:

1. Polynesian or Caribbean Beach Resort
2. MK and HS on day one
AK and Epcot day two

I think I'd save some coin on the hotel and go with the Caribbean Beach Resort. It looks like you're going to have a busy two days and I'm guessing you'll be spending most of your time in the parks (and not at your resort.)
