A friend of mine is going down to WDW in January for a convention. They are staying offsite.

Can he get the dining plan?

Nope, the dining plan is a "perk" for Disney Owned and Operated resort guests only.

He's lucky...

No, you have to stay on Disney properties to get dining plan

Okay...thank you so much.

They had two choices: To stay at the GF for only 180.00 a night or stay offsite. I think they are choosing to stay offsite. I would JUMP at the chance to stay at the GF for that price.
