DISNEY WORLD ABC's

Need some help and suggestions. Taking our grandson out of KINDERGARTEN in September for his FIRST ever Disney Trip.
We will have the permission via an Education Leave to cover the days he will be absent as long as he brings something back "Educational".
We were thinking of doing an ALPHABET photo book in DISNEY to document his trip.
A is for Allstars
B is for Boardwalk
C is for Cinderella's Castle
etc.....etc....etc.....

No boundaries here: Theme Parks, Resorts, Rides, Restaurants, Downtown Disney, Characters, places to take photo's, and so forth.

Send one letter with multiple choices.
Send the entire alphabet with one.
OR send me those ideas for the most difficult like U, X, Y or Z

My first thought for X was X Atencio - the former imagineer and Disney Legend who wrote the lyrics to "Grim Grinning Ghosts" in HM and "Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life for Me)" in POTC!
