Your plans sound great. Ohana's is a family favorite. I don't think we'd go to WDW without having Ohana's. Its a must! I hope you enjoy it.

Must feel great to have them all set! I think you have a nice mix between elegant dining and some that are casual and fun.

Nice seeing a lot of 1st visits. We wanted to try some new restaurants this past trip but we were going with family that had never been and we wanted to take them to our favorites. Earl of Sandwich is a great CS at DTD.. very filling!

I agree 100% on the Fantasmic Package...we decided almost last minute to change from Mama's to Brown Derby...

I'm hoping Chefs will be great its the one I see the most mixed reviews about:thumbsup:

We actually visited the Grand Floridian last trip in Dec. 2008 to see the Gingerbread House which is awesome. Its a little fancy for my taste and doesn't really have that Disney feel to me and I don't think I would want to stay there even if I could afford it, but we decided to do one Character meal this trip and this breakfast sounds fun....

We tried Chef France for the first time last summer and a great meal and time there! So much so, we are headed there on our first night--Dec 16:mickey:

Yeah! so happy to be getting such positive feedback....out of curiousity what did you all order, what stood out?

At the Brown Derby, I had the crab cake appetizer, followed by a fish dish that's not on the menu (but was really good, though.) Dessert was the chocolate three ways. My husband had the tuna appetizer, followed by a steak and then a flourless chocolate cake with a blood orange sauce (not sure if that is there anymore, either.) We both liked everything... but if I had to pick something that stood out, the crab cake and chocolate dessert were my favorite.

Will have to work on my husband for O'hana on our next trip. :-)
