Been many times but this will be the first time using the swap. Whole family is taking our first, incredible, grandprincess to WDW and we are over the moon. Read several earlier posts and it seems "your actual experience may vary" re how the swap is implemented. We'll just start asking CM's for each ride and see how it plays out. Main question is this: we will have a fairly large group (11 including our "swapee") so if one adult (person A) holds the baby and sends the other 9 (persons B-J) on their way, how many of those 9 will be able to ride again with person A after the swap? One post indicated that 3 people can ride twice. Is that correct?
