GF building request

Thinking about requesting Conch Key or Big Pine Key for our upcoming July trip. Anyone have info on which building may be under refurb or last to be refurbed?

Don't know about the other locations but we really enjoyed staying in Boca Chica which is right next to the quiet pool and has Magic Kingdom lagoon view on one side. We had a room on the end overlooking Narcoosee's and could watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks over the room of Narcoosee's.

I didn't know there was a current refurbishment going on at the Grand Floridian.
