We went last night And they had just taken the characters out (6:30) :( Rumour was Wall-E was at Mission Space. I didn't like the movie but like the "rare" character sightings!
So we stayed for dinner and illuminations. Afterwards, "life is a highway" was piped thru the parks (such a fun song! makes ya happy) and this was on SSE

Here's the cover of the brochure (duh- I didn't
take a photo of the inside with the map/activities) And my DD had fun collecting car stickers around world showcase.

Cool! Thanks for sharing.

On a side note. I know Cars is the next movie to be released & that's why it's getting the most attention but honestly it's the one Pixar film I didn't like. No offense to anyone who does, but I never liked Nascar or country music & that played a roll in my dislike but the characters as well didn't appeal to me. Not to mention, Larry the cable guy is so annoying & unfunny to me. Just my opinion though.
Funny you don't like Wall E because that was one of my favorites.
Just goes to show how different opinions can be.

Again, thanks & can't wait to see more pics & hear about the day.

I went to Pixar Weekend on Friday (and dropped by quickly last night). It was a lot of fun, but it seemed a little unorganized at times (especially last night, with the characters). Luckily I was able to see most of the ones I wanted

Ahhh! I was so bummed we couldn't stay and hang with you tonight Christine. Hope the speaker session has been a good one.

We had a great day today at Pixar Weekend. Like one of our Twitter followers mentioned today, hopefully the success of these special events (it was CROWDED today) will encourage Disney to have more.

Besides the usuals (Buzz, Woody, Sulley, Flik, Atta), we saw Boo, Mr. Potato Head, Russell from Up, Bullseye and even a Rusteze girl.

And Christine, I'm totally with you on Wall-E. My least favorite Pixar by a landslide. But a Wall-E sighting would have been cool. Love Cars and love all the emphasis on it this weekend. Can't wait for Cars 2.
