Disney Studios-Lightning McQueen?

Where do you find Lightning McQueen in Disy Studios? The only info I can find is that he is at "Luigi's garage?" Where is this located?

It's in the back part of DHS right across from where you exit out of the MuppetVision show. Also near Mama Melrose's.

At the moment, Lightning is not out meeting. Mater will be out by himself until the end of April (I believe April 30), then neither will be out until May 16. But they will then be back at Luigi's again.
