When we upgrade our hoppers at the Guest Relations window, how long does it take to get AP's? Do we have to fill out forms and such, is it time consuming?

Nope, no forms. For the three of us upgrading one-day hoppers from a previous promotion and turning in a bunch of gift certificates / Disney Rewards to put towards the purchase of our tickets, we were done in less than 15 minutes. This included purchasing the Tables in Wonderland card.

Just make certain that DH and yourself have picture ids when you get to the window. :mickey:

Less than 10 minutes for the 2 of us to upgrade.

Nope. If you have passes you're going to be upgrading, or if you've bought a voucher for an A/P, it must be done at Guest Services at any of the parks or DTD. It's quick & painless. However, I can't stress enough about the picture IDs for adults. One year I forgot mine at the resort & had to go back & get it before I could actually exchange my voucher for an A/P.
