The Winnie the Pooh queue is new. There are a lot of new interactive things to play around with while you are in line.

The new castle show is a must do. Its right before Wishes and totally blew us away! It went way beyond my expectations!

Hmm.. in Epcot:Germany, there is a new caramel shop called 'Karamell-Küche'. Also, not sure of when you went in September, but 'Cantina de San Angel' in Epcot:Mexico is now open, as well!
That is all I can think of! :)
