Mickey /Princess fast pass

Has anyone tried to use the fast pass for Mickey or the Princesses yet?? If so does this fast pass link with the attractions fast passes?? Or are the separate?? How well does the fast pass work, just like the ones for the attractions?? We are heading down next month and I am wondering!
