I think we have a baby!!!!!!!! I ran out to the grocery store and the local radio station is reporting there is one eaglette....

in case you have not seen her there were/are three egss...

also, on the left side of the screen - the second option is for utube - go there and you can see the eggs laid, the daddy bringing her food, and even one where she is calling him to come sit on the eggs for a while (it take him a bit to get there, but he does)....


and yes, I am not getting much done....

Food Chain Totally in action!!!

the daddy eagle just brought the mommy eagle a large rabbit (good thing the nest is 6 feet long!!!!)..

she is ripping meat off and feeding the new baby eagle - and the second egg has a large crack in it now....

I saw her with the rabbit too. I'm a big softie about all animals, but it is a pretty amazing thing.

Jacob and I are calling the new baby "Wobbles". It's amazing the difference a day makes in the eaglettes' size and abilities.

This was on The Early Show on CBS this morning. Traffic to the site was so heavy yesterday that it has crashed, but it's back up now.

I watched the 3 egg hatch last night. Mom just kept getting in the way of the camera so it was hard to see at times. ;)
