Opening Ceremony at MK

We are heading into MK on Wed. the 6th of April..I just noticed that Disney has expanded the park hours for that day to 8-12:00..will the opening ceremony happen at 8 then? Park opening was 9. This is not an EMH day. What time should we try to get there by?

The ceremony will start at 7:50 am. I would be there no later than 7:20 am.
