Time to get online for ADRs?

I wanted to double check with the experts on this one. At what time Pacific Standard Time (PST) can I go online or call WDW Dining to start making our ADRs? Our travel agent indicated that it was 7am PST (ie. 10am EST), but I read that it is 7am EST, which puts it at 4am PST.

So which is it? Do I get to lose some sleep or what? ;)

Online is 6 am ET and the phone lines open at 7 am ET. Sounds like you need a better informed TA.

Wow! I am glad I asked. I guess I will be getting up REAL early that day or not going to sleep until afterwards. THANKS!
