If you can't get a reservation any other way to try and get one. We are staying conceirge and they can't do anything for us. I tried on my own also.

Just keep trying on your own and request that concierge keep trying as well. You never know when a cancellation will come up. I once got a reservation that I had tried weeks to get two days prior to arrival.

I agree, keep trying. There have been multiple times when I was able to get the reservation I wanted just before or even during my trip.

Keep checking. The online system can make it easier. You never know when someone will cancel an advance dining reservation that will open a spot for you to make yours.

If all else fails, walk up to the restaurant at the start of meal service for the meal you want (be it B, L, or D). Most places can accommodate a walk up, provided it's not a special dinner show or overly popular character meal.
Which restaurant are you trying for?

I'd definitely keep trying. If you don't get it before you arrive, continue to try after your arrival.

Like others have stated, just keep trying. I have had success both calling and on-line.
Good Luck!

If you don't mind the uncertainty and don't have a large party, you may be able to get a walk-up at 'Ohana by going at 4:55.

Not sure about ohana, but I have had luck both suggested ways: by checking daily online and walking up early (4:30 for dinner).
I have had success both calling and on-line.Yes... I have read reports of people not getting it one way, then having success with the other.

I have been trying for Ohanas for Memorial Day weekend for a month now. I am not overly worried though because past experience has shown me keep trying (I look daily), something will eventually open up. If not I will try walk up and waiting.

Persistence often pays off!
I have tried to get ADR's several ways.....myself, thru Concierge and online and I have always come thru for my DS#1 who always has a request that is hard to fill!
I've even continued to call once we are there -- if you are flexible on days/times you'll get there!!
