In addition to many you listed, we also enjoy the following:

Cape May Dinner Buffet (BC)
Crystal Palace (MK)
Mama Melrose (DHS)
Whispering Canyon (WL)
T-Rex (DTD)

We're giving Via Napoli a try this year as our "new" dining experience. :wine:

Rose & Crown is one of our favourites (and the only place we eat at EVERY trip).

We also enjoy dinner at 1900 Park Fare.

Gotta go with Boma. We love it there... nice pace, great food, friendly service. That is one of our must-dos!:mickey:

You might want to try the Kona Cafe at the Poly. It's one of my favorite restaurants in all of WDW. Also Boma can't be beat for unique and flavorful food.

I'd recommend trying Boma at AKL, Crystal Palace (especially if you can get in or breakfast before MK opens). We went to Beaches and Cream on the last trip and really enjoyed it, but it was just for ice cream and not a full meal. It's an easy walk from EPCOT.

These are some of the ones we ate at in December and loved:

Via Napoli
Ragland Road
Kona Cafe
Tutto Italia

If you're interested in Italian food, I'd chose Tutto Italia or Via Napoli over Tony's. I know that they're in a different park but they're also a totally different (and better) experience.

I would add any of the following:
Boma
Tusker House (Character Breakfast)
Via Napoli
1900 Park Fare for breakfast

Yeah...we had Ton'y many years ago and I said I would never go back...but I thought maybe it had changed. I will skip it.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. :mickey:

You have most of our favorites on you list already, but some others we really like are Whispering Canyon, Liberty Tree Tavern, Cape May Cafe, or GF Cafe.

I notice that you said "no signature" - are you aware Le Cellier is now signature for dinner? If you are trying to avoid the high cost of a signature meal - make sure you book for lunch!
