Feb. 28, 2002 – Roger Ebert and Richard Roeper, co-hosts of TV’s leading film review series “Ebert & Roeper,” hosted their second annual Ebert & Roeper Film Festival At Sea aboard the Disney Wonder cruise ship.
Feb. 28, 2002 – The Atlanta Braves took on the University of Georgia for an afternnon spring training game at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Baseball Stadium. The stadium, located at 700 Victory Way in Lake Buena Vista, is the spring training home of the Braves.
Feb. 28, 2003 – The Lizzie McGuire episode “A Gordo Story” aired on the Disney Channel.
Feb. 28, 2003 – The That’s So Raven episode “The Parties” aired on the Disney Channel.
Feb. 28, 2003 – The “100 Years of Magic Celebration” ended on this day at WDW.
Feb. 28, 2003 – Ul’s “Test the Limits Lab” attraction opened in Innoventions at Epcot. Underwriters Labs Inc. is the host of the exhibit.
Feb. 28, 2003 – The “Mardi Gras” celebration began at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island in WDW. (Dates: Feb. 28, Mar, 1 & 4.)
Feb. 28, 2003 – The “Tapestry of Dreams Parade” ran for the last time in Epcot at WDW.
Feb. 28, 2004 – The Earl of Sandwich Shop opened at Downtown Disney Marketplace at WDW.
Feb. 28, 2005 – Clear Channel Radio launched a major promotion to help celebrate 50 years of family fun at Walt Disney theme parks. More than 400 Clear Channel radio stations participated in the campaign by airing promotional spots providing event details for the “Happiest Celebration on Earth.”

Feb. 28, 2003 – The “Tapestry of Dreams Parade” ran for the last time in Epcot at WDW. WOW. I can't believe that was eight years ago. I still remember the post that announced its final run! :(
