There is a recipe posted 3-4 places (I won't repost here) for the welcome bread from Ohana. Have made it about a half dozen times, The flavors are right, but the bread is not right based on the way the recipe instructions say to do it. Anyone have the 'correct' way to do it?
Main problem is that it usually comes out very wet, even with draining the pineapple and putting it on a towel to dry.
