President's Weekend & Crowds

It is CROWDED down here. We come down this week every year, and this is the most crowded I've seen it in years (if not ever). In Epcot, TT was over 2 hours around 12:30. Soarin' is unbelievable. Even the Boardwalk area is bustling. Thankfully we do things early and have all our ADR's. Recession? Not here. Mousegears is hopping!

I've been when President's Weekend and the Daytona 500 collide and it was extremely crowded. It should thin out midweek. :)

We left on Wednesday and I thought it was more crowded than I expected at that point!

We used to go to WDW in February. One year, without the knowledge of how crowded it is during President's Day Week, we booked a trip. It was unbelievably crowded. I couldnt understand why only the year before it was so quiet in WDW compared to that year. I finally asked a CM and I then learned that its one of the busiest weeks of the year. From then on, we've gone a couple times in February but make sure to do it before President's Day Week.

I hope the crowds thin out, on Saturday I am taking a friend to Epcot that has never been!

We were there last week (2/13-2/17) and the parks were packed in my eyes!! We were really surprised at the crowds, based on what we had read. I know the beginning of the week there were cheerleading & hockey tournaments, but it never let up! And each value resort was crazy busy too!!

A couple of years ago I made the mistake of heading down on President's Day. NEVER again! It was the busiest I've had to experience the parks. We have black-out days on our passes so I'm rarely exposed to such crowds.

I was there for President's Day weekend and I have to agree it was as crowded as I've ever seen it. It was not bad on Thursday at the Magic Kingdom, but the remaining days of it was difficult just to navigate through all the people.
