Feb. 15, 1956 – The Disneyland TV series aired “Our Unsung Villians,” narrated by Walt Disney.
Feb. 15, 1956 – Disney’s People and Places featurette “Sardinia” was released.
Feb. 15, 1974 – The Disney film “Herbie Rides Again” was released in England.
Feb. 15, 1994 – The Disney TV series “Monty,” starring Henry Winkler, Kate Burton, David Schwimmer, China Kantner, David Krumholtz, Tom McGowan, and Joyce Guy, began airing on FOX. (Ended Feb. 15, 1994)
Feb. 15, 1995 – The Disneyana Convention 1995 – “40 Years of Adventure” kicked off at the Disneyland Hotel for 4 days.
Feb. 15, 1995 – Disney’s one-hour TV special “Disney’s Nancy Kerrigan Special: Dreams on Ice” aired on CBS.
Feb. 15, 1998 – The Wonderful World of Disney aired “The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon.”
Feb. 15, 2000 – The Disney/Touchstone film “Entropy” was released on video.
Feb. 15, 2001 – Someone burning debris without authorization started a fire that raced through tinder-dry swampland in central Florida about 15 miles from WDW. (It would burn over 11,000 acres.)
Feb. 15, 2002 - “Return to Neverland; Disney’s animated Peter Pan sequel was released.
