Stone Mountain Inn

Anyone ever stayed there? My DH just booked for a few days there over spring break. I don't know a thing about the hotel.

Sorry, I just now saw your post about this, Mel. Is this the hotel owned by Marriott? We stayed there some years ago (7 maybe?) I remember our room being huge, but the furnishings (at that time, anyway) seemed a bit worn. Cool place though, in that it's located inside the park and you can walk to a lot of stuff.

We stayed at another place nearby a couple of years earlier (not that it pertains to the Stone Mountain Inn, but talking about it brought back the memory). It was the Village Inn B&B and was really nice! It used to be a confederate hospital during the civil war and was supposed to be haunted. Anyway, the Stone Mountain area was a nice stopover on our trips north when we lived in Florida. Hope you have a good time there!
