I sort of enjoyed this post last week and I know there are some other foodies like me who plan in advance soooo-Friday is my grocery day-what are you planning on fixing the new few days or for the weekend? Anything special? Want to share any great recipes? For me...

Tonight-Weight Watcher's Fish and Chips (this is sort of to balance out the rest of the weekend!)
Tomorrow-Baby Back Ribs (will put the dry rub on them tonight!)
Sunday-Tyler's Ultimate Beef Stew (sooo good)

Tonight its crab and artichoke casserole which I made WW friendly.
Tomorrow will be pork with onions & hot peppers and sauerkraut.
Sunday, hmmmm not sure but thinking along the lines of a hearty soup or stew.

Not for this weekend, but Wed night made some of Alton Browns Sweet and sour pork--it turned out quite well.

Tonight (Sunday) it's going to be marinated Chicken Breasts in Honey Teriaki sauce

Later this week I'm trying another recipe from Rachel Ray's new cookbook Look and Cook: Paprika Chicken with Egg Noodles

Also, in March's issue of Ladie's Home Journal, Rachel has a recipe from the same cookbook: Sirloin Tips and Arugula Rice Pilaf. I've tried it and it was really good!:thumbsup:
