Yesterday I submitted my letter of intent to retire from my job as a police officer for the last 37 yrs.:yay:

In just a little over 100 days I will be a free but poor man. :spend:

My celebration trip is coming in Sept.:mickey:

Itchy, I did the same thing a little over 20 years ago after 25 years in the PD. It struck me kinda funny that it took me 6 months to get the job, and about 6 minutes to finalize the paperwork to retire. :cop:
