star wars refurb

We'll be heading to DHS next week and have encountered an emergency situation. Is the whole star tours area closed during the refurbishment or just the ride itself. My oldest just discovered star wars, and was all excited when he saw a DHS map that showed star tours. We're hoping he can get a star wars fix, but want to prepare him just in case. Thanks intercot

Only the ride is closed. The store is still open during the refurb.

Not only is the store open, but they are still hosting the Jedi training sessions. I've also read that they've added some meet and greets with various Star Wars characters - which will make some great photo ops for you and some fabulous memories for your DS! :darth:
