Anyone know the schedule for refurbs/new construction in Fantasyland?

We are trying to decide if we are going to take our girls (3 and will be 5) back to Disney this summer or not. Does anyone know if any of the Fantasyland stuff will be finished?

No. Phase 1 isn't due to be finished until 2012 and then Phase 2 2013 or 2014 (they haven't announced the time table on that since they reworked the plans).
