We have had 33" of snow already, and it's only December. We have 4 more months of winter to go. Sigh. Only 7 days to go! Even though the long range forecast is calling for rain a large portion of the time we are there. ARGH! Moisture is driving us crazy this winter!

53 sounds good to me...Its 24 degrees outside here. We (Pittsburgh) are just happy that the blizzard didnt shift a little further inland and get us.

My sister is in Orlando right now (not WDW) and she said it is 56.

Seems like cooler temps in Florida are always accompanied by wind of some sort, and that tied in with the fact that you just don't expect such cool temps here makes it seem a lot cooler than it is.

According to another website, they delayed the openning of Kali River Rapids today because of freezing temps. Sounds cold to me.

Here in NYC we just had over a foot of snow dumped on us with temps in the 20s.
WHITE POWER!
All the airports are shut. Commuter trains delayed, and my street still has not been plowed.

It's cold here. I now live in West Chester, but still work in NE Philly, so I wimped out. I took advantage of the liberal leave policy at work, cancelled my furball's check-up at the Vet, and I'm hibernating in my nice, warm home.

I would love to be @ WDW right now even if the temps are only in the 50s. That is a lot better than the 16 degrees it is here.:D

We left WDW this morning for our flight home! :( At 8 am, when we headed out to the airport, the news said it was 30 degrees and there were freeze warnings out until 9 am! I think the high today and tomorrow will be low 50's and then a warmup with temps in the mid-upper 70's over the weekend!!
Luckily, the big snow did not affect Pittsburgh and we had no problems flying in today....although a few more days in WDW would not have been TOO hard to take!! ;)

A friend of mine, who lives about an hour south of Orlando (Wauchula), texted me this evening with the news that they are expecting lows in the 16 - 18 degree range!

Add in 40mph winds and it would feel just like here in south central PA!!! (Luckily, we are far enough west that we did not get hit by the heavy snows, just a dusting here.)

I have been to Florida when they are icing the orange crops. It totally whacked out my mind when I saw that the first time.

When I went one January during the 25th we had to run the car to melt the frost on the windows. It is nuts when it is cold in Florida.

Yeah, last night was definitely below freezing in Orlando. I love it!
