Early Magic Hours [Archive]

If Magic Kingdom has early Magic Hours do they still do they opening at regular time? (ie: park opens to resort guests at 8am & to public at 9am, is the park opening "celebration" at 9am?)

Just needed to know for dining reservations. We like to make sure to catch the opening on our first day of the trip.

Nope.

IF they do perform the Rope Drop Ceremony on an AM EMH day, it will only be at the AM EMH opening time.
