Kaki Gori

I was just at Epcot a few weeks ago, and I was dissapointed to find that the kaki Gori - what used to be finely shaved ice- is now just a chunky Sno-cone, Like u can find anyplace. What happened???
This is a sad cutback, if that's what it is...
