2011 Estimated Annual Dues Assessment

I just received my notice of the 2010 annual meeting. I noted that the dues assessment for 2011 has been estimated. For SSR it will be $4.5123 for 2011. That is a 1.1% increase. This doesn't seem to be too bad. For my 150 points I paid $659.03 in 2009, $669.10 this year, and it will be $676.85 for next year. Is this a similar increase as what members are finding at the other resorts?

We have two home resorts. BWV went from $5.3601 to $5,4552, a 1.8% increase. BCV went from $5.1491 to $5.2751, a 2.4% increase. Since inception of the resorts, BWV reports a compound annual increase of 2.6%, and BCV reports 3.8%.

I think the size of the increase is related to the size of the resort, with smaller resorts seeing a bigger increase.

OKW is coming in at a 2.2% increase which is the lowest its been in a few years.
