Christmas Time Park Closings

Hello everyone, my wife and I are going to Disney for Christmas this year, and we both know about the parks(MK Especially) filling to capacity early in the day. Our question is, will they ever re-open the parks later in the day as crowds begin to leave?? We have a dinner reservation at our hotel on Christmas Eve, and would like to go back into Magic Kingdom at like 9PM that night.

Yes, the closings are fluid. They have phase 1, phase 2, etc on their closings and as crowds leave, or grow, they can switch between those.

We never had a problem getting in for Christmas or New Year both times we were there during the holiday.

If the park is getting close to closing, or has been closed, will the cast members let people know before they leave? Is there any way to know before trying to get back into the park if it closed?
