Hi, We have reservations for 8 on Dec 6th for my daughter's birthday. I know that there is a restaurant at the top of the Contemporary where you can see Wishes from. Do they allow you to go up and see them or do you have to actually be dining at THAT restaurant? My husband wanted to check it out but I was unsure of what the rule was regarding this.

You need to actually be dining at California Grill to have access to their observation deck.

However, there is an observation deck on the same floor as Chef Mickey's which you are welcome to view Wishes from. The one thing I don't know is if they still pipe the Wishes music on to this observation deck simultaneously with the fireworks. I know they used to, but I also know that things change.
