Just wondering if they still do this party, and if so, what times of year?

No, they no longer offer this party. Wish they did, as we never got to go and I've heard good things, especially about the fireworks.

WE LOVED this special party and were able to attend twice (had such a good time the first time went for a 2nd time during the same trip!!!).

It would be nice to bring it back during the summer!!!

I think the last year they did this was in 2008, but I may be wrong. I think my kids would've loved it, but we hit January of 2010. That's alright - those parties usually just made MK super crowded the other three days of the week. At least, it did in the Holiday season.

I've heard good things, especially about the fireworks.

If you saw the Summer Nightatsic Fireworks you basically saw them. It was almost exactly the same show with a few minor changes.

The last P&P was in June 2008. I wish they would come back (I loved the party, and the crowds were always light).

That's your answer. They just weren't popular enough. Apparently the attendance was always very low and they just weren't sustainable.

We did this party in Feb. of 2007. My boys enjoyed it, but it was our least favorite of the 3 parties. And I agree with whoever stated that the Summer Nightastic fireworks was almost the exact same show as the Pirate and Princess Party fireworks. Even my son, who was just 5 for the P&P party remembered the fireworks when we saw them in June this year. As a matter of fact it was he who said "Mom isn't this the pirate party fireworks". Couldn't believe he remembered that.

We went and really enjoyed ourselves. But...there truly wasn't anyone there! We were able to watch the second parade of the night from the hub with practically no other guests in site!

It was fun to dress as pirates though - sort of like the Halloween party in January!

We loved it we went in May '08, the parade was fantastic. Fireworks were amazing, the crowds weren't bad at all. We wish they still offered them too!

We did this party a couple of times in the past, and also enjoyed it. We really loved the fireworks:thumbsup:
