We were at the MK on the 25th. We were waiting in line at the HM and a CM came up to us to see if our 4 yr old wanted to change into their costume and welcome guests into the HM. At first she said no. She wasn't too sure what to expect. Then our 8 yr old said he would do it with her. We were a party of 8. We were all escorted backstage and the 2 children were changed into their sized haunted mansion attire. They were adorable. They greeted guests into the mansion and then had to tell them to drag their bodies into the dead center of the room. That was into the stretching room. They were not supposed to smile, but could not help themsevles. It was a great experience. After, they took off their costumes and we were led to the back entrance to ride our doombuggy. The CM said they do this at the 1300 hour every day. What a great time.

very cool. I hope this means they are starting look more into magical moments for people. The more magical stuff they do the better, even if we never get to experience this at least I know it's there.

They let one group in. It was alot of fun for all of us. It was so hard for them to be serious.

Does anyone have any information on how to get your kid chosen> Do you think asking the greeter Cast Member at 12:50PM would work?

That's interesting. We were just there, Oct 28-Nov 1. We were in MK on Halloween, which was cool. But on Saturday 10/30 we were in DHS, and when we got off TOT, there was a CM with a little boy in TOT costume, to greet us as our elevator car arrived back at the unloading zone. Hmmm, seems that it may have been around the 1300 hour as well.
