FastPass Exchange??

I noticed several times during our most recent visit, that often, after a particular FastPass distribution centre had been closed for the day, that one kiosk would remain uncovered with a sign on top for "exchanges".

What exactly does this mean... or allow a person to do?

A single FP machine is available to issue FastPasses to guests who have a special card from Guest Relations. Usually the card is for birthday fastpasses, but there can be other reasons.

We used one of those machines with our Give a Day FP card. It was good for an immediate FP and available all day, even when the regular machines are covered.

The first time I saw the fast pass machines covered except for one I thought they were all broke except for one. Then I saw it all over the park and boy did I feel like a dodo.:blush:
