Just came back from the International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. I seldom drink, but when I was at the Puerto Rico kiosk tried the Bacardi Frozen Torched Cherry Colada. Had to get a second one the next day. Anyone have a recipe? Tried looking online with no success and I know my intercot friends always come through:mickey:

I found this online. I guess you could make it "frozen" by using a blender or slushie machine. It seems to get rave reviews, soooo looking forward to trying it next week.

BACARDI TORCHED CHERRY Colada
1 part BACARDI TORCHED CHERRY Flavored Rum
1-1/2 parts BACARDI COCONUT Flavored Rum
1-1/2 parts pineapple juice
Pour over ice and garnish with maraschino cherry or lemon wedge

Can you get it anywhere at EPCOT not during the Food & Wine Festival at another pavalion perhaps? It sounds like something I would like to try.:marg:
