Ferb's last name is Fletcher. He is actually the Son of Lawrence Fletcher ( the dad on the show).

Yep ... Phineas is Phineas Flynn and Ferb is Ferb Fletcher.

Hence the Mom's last name of Flynn-Fletcher.
