No DME tags yet

I am at the 10 day mark today and haven't received my tags for DME yet. We received our luggage tags 2 wks ago. Can anybody tell me when I should expect them, I'm starting to get a little nervous:confused:

You should have received them by now. I suggest calling DME today and make sure they have your reservation on file. You have to reserve with them. It's not automatic when you book your WDW trip.

Thanks. I thought I should have them by now. I booked thru MJ and I have the confirmation for DME. I'll just shoot Deb from MJ an e-mail

Yeah, you should have them by now. Good thinking to contact Deb. I'm sure she'll figure out what's going on.

We have the tags shipped direct to the client from DME. Needless to say, the new third party printer (that does the DME tags) has been having a few "issues".

Deb will send you info on what to do if the tags never arrive.

Thanks Tink. I just heard from Deb. That is exactly what she said. She gave them a call to have them sent out to me right away and I am to let her know if I don't receive them in time. She will give me a confirmation sheet to bring with me for DME. You guys are great, wouldn't leave home without you:D

Not to freak you out more , but I receiveed my DME tags at 42 days, so you may want to to call and make make sure everything is all right.

I already contacted my travel agent (Deb at MJ).She has already contacted Disney. She will send me a confirmation sheet to bring with me if I don't receive them on time.

We never even bother with those...just go get our things ourselves beforehand...read some stories about ppls luggage taking too long??it's usually (freakin)hot lol when we arrive so the minute we get to our resort put everything away and then head for :swim:

I had to do that one trip, just took reservation confirmation sheet to the desk and they put us on the appropriate bus. We had to claim our bags, but all went smoothly.:mjump:

We didn't get ours in time for our trip last week. They assured me that it was no problem, but I was still a bit nervous about not having the DME tags on my bags. It was fine and no hassle at all.

We're all set to go, they came in today. They were waiting for me when I got home from work:D So, we are good to go.:thumbsup: Now just the long agonizing 6 day wait. :drama:Thanks Deb :number1:

I'm at 41 days and still nothing from Disney at all... I guess it will be any day!:D

I was pleasantly surprised to get my ME tags almost 5 weeks before my trip - big difference from the last trip in 2005.

I got mine yesterday! Cool! Now it really feels official!!!:D
