I guarantee it's a ready made "cheez sauce" type thing. It tastes like any other cheddar cheese sauce you find in any restaurant across the county that serves hot cheese sauce from a pump. Probably not something you can purchase at your local supermarket. And, unless you are a chemist, probably not something you can make in your kitchen. ;)
