The first phase of expansion should be finished in 2011, the second phase of expansion should be finished in 2013

Actually 2012 and 2013 was the initial announcement. However, the "second phase" (Pixie Hollow) has apparently been scrapped and no new announcements have come. So, expect something in 2012, but beyond that, who knows?
