New Time Share owner!

I'm a new time share owner! Unfortunately not DVC. But it's only 1 mile off property though. And the price was right, a co-workers father gave it to me. He has about 12 different weeks and was getting rid of some of them and there really isn't a good resale on them right now. So I jokingly said I'd be happy to take it off his hands and he actually deeded it over to me. One of my other co-workers got the week right after mine. I'm beyond excited!!! And it's not in the summer; it's in the end of Feb, beginning of March next year. No sweating!!!! Now I just have to figure out how the trading etc stuff works in case I want to go for Halloween or Christmas or something.

Congratulations!! :party: We too just bought a timeshare ($500) for a red week. Ours is in New England but will be trading to Florida and other places as much as we can. We are very excited. I have to learn the ins and outs of trading as well. Happy traveling to you!!
