It's the new restaurant in the Italian Pavilion at Epcot. I haven't been there myself but I have heard that it does a great pizza.

It has really added to the Italy Pavilion, both in architecture and appeal of the pavilion itself giving it more of a courtyard feel, and in food offerings. It's a sit down, table service restaurant, more than just a pizza place or take out counter. Large, bright, and festive inside, with unique pizza ovens that make you smile. A menu of pizza, pasta, salads, appetizers and desserts. I've sampled four of the pizza varieties, all really good- thin crust, Napoli style. The Margherita was my favorite, a basic celebration of the flavors of Italy.

An italian restaurant that features pizza cooked in wood-fired ovens. We ate there a couple weeks ago and enjoyed the meal very much.

is it table service only or can you also get pizza or other take out to go?

It's a table service, not intended for take out (though they may do that, not sure, don't think so). They do have some outdoor tables.
