Quick question! I seem to have misplaced/lost my Disney Rewards card. It didn't have a balance on it (used it all on the last trip). But now I need to transfer some points for our trip this fall. Who do I call to replace the card and is it much of a hassle to do it? Thanks!

The number on the back of my Rewards Card is 800-436-7999.....

Also on your credit card statement there is a number regarding Disney Rewards. They should be able to help you as well.

The actual reward card itself has an expiration date on it. I would just call and ask for a new card. Will not be a problem.

You can just request another card and then put the money on that one.

You can do this online also, but if I remember, if you have two "active" cards, make sure you move the funds to the one you actually have posession of. You may still move funds to the old card, so you need to be careful. I'd make sure you mention this to the CSR if you talk to someone in person.

I always request a new card just to get the longest time of use out of it. Reward dollars expire if unused, and I don't want to give away money I don't need to.

It is really easy to get a new card. Just call the customer service # on your statement. They will get it out to you quickly and without any hassle!
