Disney Rewards card balance

Is there a way to go online and check the balance of the rewards card? Or a phone number that you can call. Like the same way that you'd check the balance of a regular gift card to wherever.

I believe there is a phone number on the back of the rewards card that u can call to check balance.

I'm pretty sure if you sign in online and look under your balance there should be a link to check your reward balance.

Yes, you can go online and check your balance. It always takes me a bit to figure out where to find it!

Online tells you the balance of what you have left to transfer to your card... I have never found it to tell you how much was left ON your card to use. Am I missing another feature on the site? Like it tells me i have a purchased a card with 20 points and I now have XXX points ready to be transfered... but it doesn't register how many of the 20 points i used so far

I have always called the number on the back and they were quick

Try clicking on Redeem your rewards under See Rewards Details in your online Chase Disney account.

yes...its no problem...on your account balances pages there is a "click spot" for Disney Reward Balances.

Ahhh i guess it would help if my fiancee actually used the card when she said she did... no wonder the balance still says $20, she didn't use it yet ;)

While using the card I got the remainder balance from the store CM. It was easy to keep the last receipt received wrapped around the card.
