Last weekend in January

Considering a trip the last weekend of January because my kids have Monday the 31st off so we thought we might go for the long weekend. Is there anything going on that weekend? Just want to know kind of what to expect crowd wise.

I'll be there at the same time. There's nothing too major going on that week. Crowds shouldn't be too bad. The only thing I'm aware of right now is the Creative Ministry Conference that I'm going to be teaching at. A bunch of Disney folks and church folks getting together to talk about creativity in the church. Pastors are a rowdy bunch, but if you can tolerate them, you'll be okay. :D That only brings in a couple of hundred folks, so no impact on crowds.

Sounds great! We have always gone over Halloween and this past year Thanksgiving week so we were not sure what to expect. I know from reading trip reports here that the weather can be very unpredictable so I won't pack too far in advance.
