Which parks on what days?

Hi everyone!
We are planning on spending 6 days in the parks this time next year. 8/31-9/7/2011 We will have a Thursday-Tuesday to spend in the parks. This is also over labor day weekend.

Does anyone have recommendations for which park to hit on which day of the week especially taking into consideration the labor day holiday? Or maybe which parks to avoid on which days?

I've never been at this time. But I'd suggested watching the Trip Reports forum in the next few weeks to see some of the crowd levels.

I try to avoid the MK on Saturday. After that, it's a crapshoot.

We went last year around Labor day and the crowd levels were not bad at all. I too avoided MK on Sat, Sun & Mon- went to Epcot on Sat, DHS on Sun and AK/Epcot on Monday and again levels were not bad at all. Had to use fp for the major rides but could have waited. Have a great time.
